Resilience Psychology Counselling
We are a mental health services organization. We do individual, couple and group counseling across various issues and across diverse demographics. We also provide services that touch on workplace mental health wellness such as psychological first aid, mental health training and talks, consulting on mental health strategies and policies.
Summary of relevant work
As a psychologist my work addresses all stages of development (i.e., childhood, adolescence, adulthood and older age) which includes and not limited to: Healthy aspects and strengths of clients -whether being seen as individuals, couples, families, groups or organizations Environmental/situational influences -how cultural, gender and lifestyle issues shape people’s experiences and concerns Issues of diversity and social justice- e.g., advocacy The role of career and work in people's’ lives.
