Community Wellness Consultancy Services (CWCS) focuses on improving the well-being of individuals and communities through Substance Abuse Prevention and Mental Health Promotion. This is achieved by adapting evidence-based interventions and programs for use by individuals and communities.

Summary of relevant work

TunzAkili - Substance Abuse Prevention and Mental Health Promotion program for 11-18 year olds. Guided Self-Help - collaborative approach that helps an individual understand their issues and make positive changes in their life. Recovery Support - aftercare service for individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and behavioral addictions. FiRsT - early intervention that teaches laypeople how to offer support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis. Skill-building Workshops for Pre-Teens (10-12 years), Teens (13-18 years), Young Adults (19-25 years), Adults (26+ years), Colleges & Universities, and Workplaces. Implementation of evidence-based Interventions and Programs in Schools (Primary & Secondary), Colleges & Universities, and Workplaces. Research and Program Evaluation services in Mental Health, including Substance Use Disorders and Behavioral Addictions.
